Buildzy provides custom web development, deployment, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or a formal contract) before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined on a per-project basis. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed-upon milestones. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables or suspend hosting if payments are outstanding.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and custom code produced specifically for your project. We reserve the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buildzy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
