Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Buildzi website or engaging our web development and design services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service.

1. Scope of Services

Buildzi specializes in custom web development, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be mutually agreed upon in writing (via a formal proposal, contract, or email) before any development commences. Any requests outside the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.

2. Payments and Billing

Payment schedules are determined on a per-project basis. We typically require a non-refundable upfront deposit before work begins to secure your spot in our development queue. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover or deployment of the live website. We reserve the right to suspend services, withhold deliverables, or take down hosted websites if payments are overdue.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full and final payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design, custom graphics, and code produced specifically for your project. Buildzi retains the rights to any underlying frameworks, open-source libraries, and proprietary tools used to build the project.

Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's start, we reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of your project, you agree to provide all necessary resources, including but not limited to brand guidelines, copywriting, images, and server access, in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials or feedback may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.

5. Warranties and Maintenance

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bug-free code. We offer a standard 30-day warranty period following the project launch, during which we will fix any bugs or technical issues related to the original scope of work at no extra cost. Ongoing maintenance, feature additions, or issues caused by third-party modifications after handover are not covered and will be billed separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buildzi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
